Management Responsibility : Customer surveys show we are recognized by our clients as being extremely responsive -
the result of our 'customer first' attitude. Our organizational structure is functionally designed to focus on the customer. Our management review process involves top management evaluation of our quality system and the product we supply.
Quality System : We conduct quality planning to review our resources, technology, skills, equipment and process knowledge to insure that we will meet or exceed all customer requirements.
Contract Review : We carefully review customer-supplied materials,
drawings, etc. to insure that all requirements are thoroughly understood and contingencies anticipated.
Product Identification and
Traceability : The EBY system of production can insure proper product identification throughout all stages of production. Traceability for product is an available option.
Process Control : Our experience and multi-level manufacturing operations with related processes insure customer requirements are met.
Inspection and Testing : We have inspection labs staffed with well trained inspectors performing in-process
and final inspections.
Handling, Warehousing, Packaging and Delivery :
We have a dedicated staff of material handlers, shipping and receiving personnel to offer a myriad of options to our customers.
Internal Quality Audits : We have a comprehensive, benchmark system. Our highly-trained group from different functional areas of the company perform regular procedural checks and follow up audits.
